- What an Information Security Management System (ISMS) is within an organization
- How to establish, implement, operate, monitor, and review the system
- How to maintain the system with the aim of continuously improving information and data security
- How to maintain the required documentation and records of all related activities
- What the role of the cybersecurity department is
- How to define responsible roles within the organization
- Who can be the person responsible for the ISMS and what their responsibilities are
